Will I be able to meet my sitter prior to babysitting?

What is the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer that. You're welcome to schedule an earlier time if you would like to introduce your children and discuss expectations for the shift.
We recommend 2 to 3 weeks in advance to receive the best match possible. You're welcome to request a booking in shorter notice and hopefully we will be able to help!
Every babysitter is interviewed thoroughly. Babysitters are checked for a clean background, CPR certified, 18+ years old, have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. You can apply on our website to join our team!
In the event of a cancellation, the Parent(s) agree to provide at least 24 hours notice to the Peach Baby, LLC. Failure to provide a notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled babysitter booking will result in a cancellation fee of $40. Failure to provide the required notice at least 1 hour before scheduled booking will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount of that scheduled booking.

Tatum has been our babysitter/part-time nanny for several years now. There is no one else I trust more with my two girls. She makes sure they are entertained, fed, bathed & constantly taken care of. I never come home to my house a mess and everything I requested with the girls is always taken care of. My girls absolutely love her & always get upset when it's time for her to leave. Tatum is everything you want in a sitter/extended family member. She is kind, patient, reliable and just all in all a wonderful person. She took care of our kiddos as if they were her own family. Tatum has been our baby sitter for the last couple years. We never had left our kids with anyone before, but Tatum has made us feel so comfortable. Our 6 year old loves when she comes to watch him and she does so well with our other little ones (2 under 2) as well. She is great at communicating and always follows any instructions we leave.
